Course details

This course covers the main concepts and techniques of strategic analysis and implementation at the business and corporate levels. The areas covered include industry and environment analysis, capabilities analysis, strategic options, strategic decision-making and implementation. Both formal strategic formulation and emergent strategy under conditions of rapid change, uncertainty and complexity are discussed.
