ENAE12004 Industrial Data Communications

Course details

Students apply data communications techniques and principles to industrial instrumentation and control systems. They explain and apply fundamental data communications concepts and principles to analysis of modern data communications systems. They apply data communication standards and principles to solve problems, design, specify and debug industrial data communications systems and components. They develop skills in communicating and presenting technical information, plan and manage projects, and show professional approaches to working and learning collaboratively and independently.
Distance education (FLEX) students are required to have access to a computer and to make frequent use of the Internet.
