ENAE12001 Electrical Components and Modelling

Course details

Students develop basic skills needed to analyse electrical circuits. They describe and apply simple linear equivalent models of circuit components and identify limitations and restrictions of these models so that they can choose correct model for particular applications. They analyse more complex circuits by combining the basic models. Students develop skills required to communicate and document their modelling and analysis, and to work independently and collaboratively in a professional manner.
Distance education (FLEX) students are required to have access to a computer and to make frequent use of the Internet.
