COIT11134 Java Programming

Course details

This course is designed to extend the students understanding of programming principles. In particular knowledge of Java data types, statements, branching, iteration, arrays and lists, designing classes, interfaces and polymorphism, inheritance, i/o and file streams, sorting and searching and advanced GUI design are covered. The students apply this knowledge in the solving of practical problems. The strength and weaknesses of the techniques are also considered. STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE COURSE COIT11134 PROCEDURAL PROGRAMMING SHOULD NOT ENROL IN THIS COURSE.
