Course details

The development of electronic commerce using the Internet greatly accelerates the trend towards globalisation of trade and information with a resultant need for an international regulatory structure to accommodate this. The new technology also raises many difficult issues as to the adequacy of existing laws and changes required to adapt accordingly.
