HRMT19022 Comparative Employment Relations

Course details

This course will concentrate on comparative industrial relations. The object of this exercise is not only to develop your knowledge of other industrial relations systems but also to compare and contrast each of them in an analytical manner so as to enhance understanding of alternative approaches to the resolution of industrial conflict. The countries studied will vary from year to year but will include European, Asian and North American studies.
