Course details

This course focuses on the mastery of the necessary knowledge to be successful in starting new business operations or new innovative projects within existing organisations. The areas which will be covered include the identification and assessment of entrepreneurial opportunities, the development of plans and securing of resources to implement innovative ideas, and strategies for exit.
