Course details

Mental health promotion involves any action to enhance the mental well-being of individuals, families, organizations and communities. Mental health promotion works at three levels and at each level, is relevant to the whole population, to individuals at risk, vulnerable groups and people with mental health problems. This course is therefore concerned with strengthening individuals, strengthening communities and reducing structural barriers to mental health.
