ENEV21003 Adapting to Climatic Variability

Course details

This course will examine the impacts of climate change, concepts of vulnerability and possible adaptation strategies. The complexities of the possible causes and effects apparent in climate change and the multiplicity of aspects (scientific, social, economic and political) are addressed. Proven and possible strategies for adaptation to climate change; including water resource management, agriculture, coastal zone management, extreme proofing cities and disaster response strategies.
