BLSV12024 Inspection Procedures

Course details

This is a practically based inspection procedures course to develop the students' awareness of on-site behaviour, activities and procedures associated with inspections for both the building development and regulatory control processes for all classes of buildings and defined in the Building Code of Australia. It will develop an understanding of: the role and responsibilities of the inspecting officer. Legal rights and obligations for all parties.
