FINC19012 Investment Analysis and Risk Management

Course details

This course builds on the material presented in FINC19011 Business Finance. It provides an introduction to a broad range of theories used in the development of financial decision making tools, the evaluation of the theoretical work carried out, and the application of prescriptive rules to the solution of corporate financial problems. The topics covered by this course include a study of: market efficiency, portfolio theory, asset pricing models, security analysis, pricing and risk management of derivatives, real estate valuation, and fixed income securities.
