BIOT29001 Managing Biotechnology Commercialisation

Course details

Managing Biotechnology Commercialisation is one of three new specialised courses in the MBA (Biotechnology Management) program and these three courses are taken in conjunction with a further nine core generic MBA courses for the award. This course provides future business managers with an overall awareness of how to manage and exploit IP generated by biotechnology R&D companies, and provides experience in critical evaluation of case studies and analysis of the potential rewards and pitfalls of commercialising biotechnology invention.
