Course details
Participants will demonstrate competence in the design, establishment, management, and evaluation of Training Packages, with a focus on the design of instructional systems and resources. Learning activities will include the evaluation of an existing training package, the identification of workplace competencies to complement a national standard, and the establishment and or review, refinement and evaluation of systems to support training.
