NURS12144 Legal Issues in Health Care

Course details

This course examines key issues related to professional and legal governance that give direction to current professional practice and future policy development in health care. As this course is designed to have clinical application for legal concepts it is strongly recommended that students have at least one term of clinical experience prior to enrolling. It is a requirement of this course to have access to the CQU website and Internet.
