COIS12031 Software Design and Programming

Course details

A detailed study of the software design and development process are covered in this course. The course concentrates on the structured design methodology, testing and debugging. Advanced programming concepts are covered for both procedural and object-oriented languages. Practical work: Advanced programming in COBOL including indexed sequential files and on-line update. Introduction to programming in an object-oriented language.
