Course details

This course aims to introduce, discuss and provide practice in some of the fundamental concepts, rules and methods of advanced mathematics. Skills learnt in Advanced Numeracy Concepts and Applications will enable students to expand their knowledge of mathematics with confidence. The tutorials provide instruction and practice in mathematical technique, and enhance students' skill base in applying their knowledge to practical situations. Assessment is designed to be flexible enough to allow students to progress at their own pace and complete the course earlier if so desired.
