JOUR11005 Introduction to Journalism

Course details

This course introduces students to core journalism skills and the historical, social and political context of journalistic practice. The tutorial workshops provide instruction in on-line journalism, news writing, story structure, interviewing techniques as well as a working understanding of the Code of Ethics and legal issues which impact on journalistic practice.
