CQ29 - Bachelor of Construction Management

Program Aim

This program provides training in all aspects of construction management and produces graduates capable of managing and controlling complex construction projects.

Students should note prerequisite requirements and course availability (in this Handbook) when constructing their program. Courses are offered annually.  It is suggested that courses be studied as shown in the Recommended Study Schedule.  The loading may be varied to balance work and family commitments. If assistance is required, contact the Program Coordinator.  Students should actively seek employment in the building industry.

Prospective students should note that exemptions from courses within the program may be given where their previous study at AQF certificate 4 level or higher fully meets the learning outcomes of a course.  The Faculty has established sets of exemptions for holders of selected TAFE qualifications.
