About Information Management

The Graduate Certificate of Information Management is not a professional qualification in its own right.  It allows students to prepare to study in the Master in Knowledge Management, and to develop their skills in the areas of information sciences, information technology and knowledge management.  Students will learn to identify sources of information and understand the roles that individual and group behaviours have on performance. Students will also gain skills for understanding strategic decision-making, communication and group dynamics.
