Career Opportunities
The Graduate Diploma of Accounting program is designed to provide students with a business-related undergraduate degree, the opportunity to expand their accounting skills and knowledge to allow them to pursue a career as a fully qualified accountant, or to allow students from a non-business background to acquire specific accounting skills and knowledge. Completion of this program may allow students with an undergraduate degree (particularly a degree in a business discipline area) the opportunity to complete courses required for membership of Australian professional accounting bodies. Students should seek an assessment of their qualification by the professional body in question prior to admission, to ascertain whether completion of the courses in this program will qualify them for membership of these organisations.
