Course details

This course introduces the student to the roles and responsibilities of being a professional practitioner in the building and construction sector through consideration of: professional ethics; personal actions and liabilities; stakeholder collaboration and involvement. This course also provides an understanding of: project management and control; financial management; construction business planning; trust and general accounts; office management; establishing quality management systems and computer usage.
