This course addresses the incorporation of `managing diversity' as an organisational strategy to improve productivity. This course invites participants to reflect critically on the diversity paradigm, to explore the inter- cultural and cross-cultural perspectives of diversity and finally to consider strategies for effecting the positive contribution difference can make to organisations.
