OCHS20018 Law and Management of Occupational Health and Safety

Course details

This course will provide the learner with opportunities to problem solve current OHS management challenges. The development and interpretation of relevant statutes, and the interpretation and application of the tort of negligence are major themes. Generic management principles discussed include communication, leadership, learning organisations, strategic and change management. It is a requirement of this course to have access to the CQU website and internet.
