BLSV13021 Building Legislation 2 (NC)

Course details

This course is an extension of BLAR 12034 Building Legislation 1. It will develop a working understanding of the Building code of Australia with particular focus on Volume 1 of the Code as it relates to commercial and large scale developments and complex buildings, including compliance and enforcement requirements and activities. It will also provide an understanding of the relationship to the various Australian Standards and codes relating to BCA compliance. Students should have completed introductory studies in Building Legislation to ensure an adequate level of entry knowledge.
