PSYC14046 Research Project B

Course details

The purpose of this portion of the psychology research project is to provide students with training in conducting and reporting a psychological research report. As students have already successfully proposed the topic and methodology to examine the research hypotheses in Psyc14045, this course requires the student to independently undertake the collection of data, statistical analyses, and discussion of the research question(s) in a scholarly form complying with the style and presentation requirements of the American Psychological Association Publication Manual. The two courses of Psyc14045 and 14046 combine to demonstrate the ability of the student to utilise the psychological knowledge and research skills developed throughout their four years of undergraduate study. It is a requirement of enrolment in the course that students have access to the Internet as there is a website dedicated to supporting those in the course with information and updates throughout the term.
