SKIL40005 Introductory Computing Skills

Course details

This course aims to introduce computers and their use within a university system. Computing skills gained in this course will create a valuable foundation for all future study and career aspirations. Students will learn how to email, edit and format text, access the Internet and reference websites, design cover pages and prepare documents that require Excel formulas. Students are encouraged to progress at their own pace to allow for early completion, employing word processing and spreadsheet skills to maximise the presentation of all their program assessment work.
