Course details

Crucial to any organisation is the quality of its leaders, the collective leadership provided by executives and managers and the ability of these leaders to create innovative, change-ready organisations, able to thrive and perform in an increasingly competitive business environment. This course critically examines change management, strategies for creating and sustaining innovative organisations and the issue of what leaders are, what leadership can and cannot do and their impact on organisational cultures and performance.
