FINC19012 Investment Analysis and Risk Management

Course details

This course is a continuation of FINC19011 Business Finance. The examination of the financing and dividend decisions of the firm is continued. New topics to be discussed include liquidity and current asset management, short and intermediate term financing (including lease vs. borrow and buy), long term financing, the operation and regulation of the Australian capital markets, and financial statement analysis. Mergers, acquisitions and international financial management will be discussed briefly.
