Course description
Valuers are often called upon to perform valuations for statutory purposes and to support those valuations as an expert wtiness. This course will equip the student in the undertaking of these valuation tasks, understanding the relevant appeal processes and their part in these processes. There will also be a discussion of the ethical issues involved in valuations.
