PROP11001 Property Valuation
Course description
This course is the introductory course for professional property valuation studies. There is an introduction to the property market; market value; nature and role of stakeholders; valuation process and methods for freehold property interests; data collection; factors influencing market value; and codes of professional practice. Students will also be studying the complementary courses in business finance and property law at this stage in the program.
