OCHS20019 Risk Management and Safety Technology

Safety technology as it relates to electrical, mechanical, chemical, radiation, fire, explosion, noise, vibration, impact, thermal and pressure hazards is the focus of this subject. Theories of accident causation, investigation processes, quantification, identification, analysis and control of hazards, and emergency planning will be discussed.
