MATH12172 Multivariable Calculus
Course description
This course introduces scalar and vector functions of more than one variable and their derivatives. Topics studied include optimisation problems with and without constraints, multiple integrals, line integrals and surface integrals involving scalar and vector functions, work done by a force field. Circulation and flux of a vector field will also be studied through integrals of functions of more than one variable.
