Course description
This course provides useful mathematical skills for students in applied science and engineering programs. Topics studied provide a mathematical foundation for work in other subject areas. Of interest are the graphing and analysis of linear, quadratic, exponential and logarithmic functions, the solving of equations and inequalities and problems involving elementary trigonometry and vectors. Students will complete studies in introductory statistics.
