HMSC12008 Biomechanics

Course description

The principles of mechanics which govern the movement of the human body. Techniques and skills for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of human movement will be developed. An introduction to biomechanical research techniques and laboratory analyses of mechanics of sport and work performance will be presented. It is a requirement of this course to have access to the CQU website and Internet. Note: All external students are required to attend a compulsory 5-day residential school at CQU Rockhampton.
