FARM20002 Improving Business and Marketing Systems

Course description

This course will apply a systems approach to business planning abd budgeting, financial planning and managmeent, and business management generally. Techniques for measuring and reporting performance will be studied as will the principles of marketing locally, nationally, and internationally, and quality assurance. Additional skills acquired will include networking and working in groups.
