Course description

The purpose of this course is to prepare students who are in the final year of their Bachelor of Engineering program for a design and/or research-based project which closely approximates that which occurs in industry. The project should integrate many of the technical components of the degree program, and also requires them to plan, execute and report a project in a professionally competent manner, while developing their expertise in the project's discipline area. N. B. Students wishing to enrol in this course will be required to provide specific information, prior to commencement of term, before enrolment can be accepted/completed. A major project will be undertaken in the final term, under course ENEA 14007 - Co-op Dissertation.
