Course description
As you study this course, your overall aim is to: make you aware of the role of an organisational manager; understand the need to practice risk management for various activities; explain the project approach to the planning and carrying out of development work; provide an introduction to the various forms of management which are necessary to manage an organisation's resources and facilities; introduce you to the various standards and legislation which need to be taken into account; provide a foundation for detailed study into specific management subjects.
