Course description
This course lays the foundations for the Bachelor of Engineering program and a career in engineering. It aims to develop the fundamental knowledge, skills and attitudes which students will need in the areas of self and team management, problem solving, research, learning, communication and the use of computers. These attributes will be further developed in Engineering Skills II and honed in the remainder of the program. This course is a project based learning course designed to develop knowledge, skills and attitude through experiencing the objectives within the context of a series of projects.
