Course description

This course is modelled upon a typical Queensland Food Technology course that progresses from Year 1 to Year 12. The course provides a practical 'hands on' learning context through which content knowledge in Food Technology is presented. It engages with practical and theoretical aspects of food technology as a teaching area in schools. Regular student access to the Web is required for this course.
