Course description

This course evaluates the changing role of leadership in Mode-2 Society. The course involves analysis and evaluation of post-modernity with orientation to the Creative Arts. Commencing with analysis of theories of social organisation, the course proceeds to examine styles of leadership in the context of the socially robust Creative Arts. The course aims to provide a solid reference base for the Arts Administrator, to develop critical and creative thinking appropriate for the attainment of the Masters degree, and to apply that thinking to the resolution of complex problems concerning the role of leading the Mode-2 Creative Arts.
