EDED20420 Leading Change in Education and Training
Course description
While taking as its starting point the work of school administrators as educational leaders, this course encourages a broader application and exploration of the competence involved in the work of learning managers. Hence, teachers, parents, guidance counsellors, educational advisers, advanced skills teachers and trainers are considered as integral to leadership development. Students are encouraged to focus on the learning manager role by considering their part in initiating and participating in educational change.
