EDED11445 Work in the 21st Century
Course description
This course deals with developments that affect 'work' patterns, choices, conditions, particularly for 'culture industry' people. IT is one of the drivers, along with social change (such as cultural mores, ageing population, increasing globalisation and other such factors). The intent is that graduates need to understand what they are working in and the opportunities they have to use 'culture industry' skills and knowledge.
