Course description
Early childhood educators need to have a range of skills beyond those related to teaching. Through a focus on leadership, this course explores and considers a range of issues related to the management of early childhood settings. These include the recruitment and management of staff, finances and resources, and the evaluation and implementation of quality assurance strategies.
