EDCU20009 Curriculum Management
Course description
The purpose of this course is to enable students to develop strategies that resolve curriculum planning issues strategically and effectively. The management of curriculum in educational settings is achieved by developing an awareness of the current issues in curriculum planning and administration at the system level, the regional level and the institutional or school level. The course will consist of two essential modules: (1) curriculum administration; and (2) the contexts of curriculum management. Option modules deal with curriculum management, competencies and redeveloping school curricula and issues in management of difference.
