Course description
This course is designed to introduce and develop skills required for the production of written and oral assignments of university standard. Students access information from a variety of sources, become proficient in word-processing techniques, and further develop English language writing skills in order to prepare various types of written assignments. They also improve their speaking skills, particularly those essential for participating actively in tutorials and giving oral presentations. This course is studied concurrently with Introductory Communication Skills 1. Note: Only available to international students enrolled in B Communication and Information Technology program - CU46.
