Course description
This course provides an introduction to the use of computer tools in the engineering workplace. The course starts with basic computer operations and communication using email and the Internet. It then covers the use of word processors, spreadsheets, Access databases, project management software, and basic computational techniques. The course prepares the student for the use of these tools in the remainder of their program.
