Course description
This course will provide an understanding of the: characteristics of the construction industry with emphasis on the demand for industry services; response by the construction industry organisations to that demand; contractual links between industry participants to provide the services; management activities required for the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion; and the views of informed opinion on some future directions for the industry.
