BIOH10006 Pathophysiology
Course description
This course provides a conceptual view of physiological dysfunction of the human body and is designed for students having only a basic knowledge of normal physiology. The broad understanding of normal function developed in introductory biology courses will be used as a basis for discussion of cases of dysfunction, with emphasis placed on pathophysiological conditions likely to be encountered in clinical practice.
