NURS13104 Nursing III

Explores the philosophy, theory and practice of extended and primary health nursing within a multicultural society. Students will assess client needs and strengths, formulate nursing diagnoses and plan care independently and collaboratively for individuals and groups adapting to sustained or congenital alterations of their physical health, mental health and welfare at all developmental stages, and from differing social and cultural backgrounds. In addition, students will assess client needs and strengths, formulate nursing diagnoses and plan care for individuals and groups to maintain physical health, mental health and welfare at all developmental stages, and from differing social and cultural backgrounds.
