This course builds on the skills developed in Elementary Mathematics A and introduces students to areas which include the graphs of trigonometric functions, the representation and algebra of complex numbers, or probability distributions, and some of the skills and techniques of the calculus including the applications of both differentiation and integration. Biology students will study probability distributions instead of complex numbers.
